Steering of Roaming Vendor Performance 2015
London 02/09/2015. We are pleased to announce a new Research Project for Operators. This survey is about Steering of Roaming (SOR) Vendors and their performance and leadership. The survey will run for 9 weeks from today. It is our 3rd annual survey on Steering of Roaming Vendors.
This survey is for Operators to respond only.
While the focus of the Research is Steering of Roaming the focus is on LTE Roaming and how steering can be optimised there. This follows our LTE and VoLTE Roaming Strategy Research (which is still open for two more weeks).
Steering of Roaming Vendors provide a number of services for Mobile Operators. See our article from last week to understand better their scope.
This Research is asking some tough questions about the vendors. Focussed on their performance, leadership and their LTE Roaming steering abilities, Apple SIM and GRQ.
The 15 SOR Vendors (4 more than last year) which are currently part of the research: Other SOR Vendors are welcome to join, please inform us and we will add you, or Operators can add additional SOR Vendors as they require:
- Evolved Intelligence
- IP COM
- Starhome Mach
- Tata Communications
- Turkcell Technology
About the Research
The SOR Vendor Performance Research Project has been requested by many Operators over the last year. The survey is open for a short time with the report expected in early November 2015. We will present the results in tiers, as we have with our recent A2P SMS Messaging and SIM BOX Detection Reports.
By now many operators have sought the support of Vendors in making their LTE Roaming agreements. With the help of Industry specialists we have devised this survey which asks important questions about the performance of Steering and Anti-Steering.
For more information about our methodology follow this link.
Like always, we always share our findings with the Operators who take part, so if you complete this survey you will receive a free Executive Summary of all the aggregated feedback from all the Operators taking part.
Thank you for participating in ROCCO Research.
